Shipping Policy

All machines are dependent on supplier stock levels. For more information regarding stock and accurate turn around times please contact our customer support. Please give 1 -2 two business days for product preparation on all coffee products and consumables. On orders larger than 15 Kilograms please allow for an additional 2 – 3 days processing time.

Return policy

Thanks for choosing Blue Bean and Mi Casa for your coffee needs! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Before initiating any return, or if you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us through our Contact Us page.   For items eligible for return, you have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The 15 day return window is from the date the courier delivers your item to the date you ship it to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if any, will be deducted from your refund.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
